NXP is seeking an experienced senior engineer to design analog and mixed-signal blocks for battery management within the Driver & Energy Systems team. You will work with architects to optimize area, power, and performance, and translate specifications into schematics.

Responsibilities include developing verification plans, validating layouts, and supporting lab validation and product release in a cross-functional environment.

Competenze

• 10+ years of analog IC design experience.
• Proven experience in ADC design, switch capacitors, and high voltage power management blocks.
• Experience with smart power BiCMOS technologies and CAN physical layer.
• Good knowledge of Cadence IC tools and ISO26262.
• Experience in requirement traceability management.

In this role you will design analog and mixed-signal blocks for battery management within NXP’s Driver & Energy Systems. You’ll collaborate with design architects to optimize architecture for area, power, and performance, and translate specifications into schematics. You’ll develop verification plans, validate layouts, and support lab validation and product release in a cross-functional team. This position offers growth across technical and project responsibilities in a high-tech, automotive-focused environment.
