ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

LEADERSHIP RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for product introductions and manufacturing performance for new and sustaining AI/ML, GPGPU, and hardware accelerator-based server and storage platforms.
• Organize teams and drive solutions for complex problems across various technical areas (hardware, software, firmware, performance, interoperability).
• Communicate complex issues clearly and effectively at all organization levels.
• Balance technical skills, judgment, and business acumen in decision-making.
• Develop and maintain relationships with peers, leadership, customers, and partners.
• Provide technical leadership and support across manufacturing sites.
• Share best practices across Jabil facilities.

FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Guide teams in resolving complex product, process, and material issues using analytical methods.
• Partner with operations to improve FPY, test throughput, and repair yield.
• Serve as the technical interface for product introductions and manufacturing performance.
• Contribute to debugging, training, and operational support.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

Knowledge Requirements

• Deep understanding of server, storage, networking, GPGPU, and PCIe architectures.
• Experience with server management, OS, drivers, firmware, and hardware interactions.
• Proficiency in Linux OS, scripting, and related applications.

Education & Experience

• BSc in Electrical/Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related; MSc preferred.
• 8+ years in hardware product development with enterprise server, storage, or networking products.
• Experience in multi-site and multicultural environments.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, ambiguous settings.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 10%.
