NXP Semiconductors NV in Monza, Lombardy, seeks a Principal Analog Design Engineer to design analog/mixed-signal blocks for battery management circuits, from architecture to qualification, in a high-reliability automotive context.

You will optimize architectures for area, power and performance, translate specs into schematics, lead verification, and collaborate with design architects, growing into technical or project leadership.

Competenze

• 10+ years of analog IC design experience
• Experience in ADC design, switch capacitors, high-voltage power management blocks, precise voltage references, CAN physical layer, high/low side drivers
• Experience in smart power BiCMOS technologies
• Proficiency with Cadence IC tools
• Experience in requirement traceability and ISO26262

In this role, you will design analog or mixed-signal blocks for battery management circuits, from architecture through qualification, within a collaborative design team. You will optimize architectures for area, power, and performance, and translate specifications into schematics. You’ll lead verification plans, ensure layout routing quality, and contribute to product debug, validation, and release in a high-reliability, automotive context. This position offers growth through cross-functional collaboration and exposure to advanced BiCMOS and high-voltage technologies.
