Unipol Assicurazioni S.p.A., a multi-line insurance company of Gruppo Unipol and a leader in Italy in the Damage sectors, is seeking an experienced tariffing professional to join the Pricing Specialist / Data Analyst role.

Location: Torino

The selected candidate, within the organizational structure of the "Non-Motor Tariffs" function, will be responsible for:

  • Pricing retail non-auto insurance products (Home, Accidents, Pets, Travel) using advanced analysis techniques (e.g., GLM models) and actuarial software (RMS, SAS, Emblem/Radar).
  • End-to-end management of the insurance product lifecycle from a quantitative perspective (Data Management, Pricing and Modeling, Monitoring) to foster a data-driven culture.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Actuarial Sciences, Mathematics, Physics, or Engineering with excellent final grades.
  • Previous professional experience in Claims Pricing or Data Analysis is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and reasoning skills, with good programming ability.
  • Good knowledge of the English language.
  • Proactive, results-oriented, and team-oriented attitude.

The candidate meeting the requirements will be hired on a permanent basis according to the insurance companies' collective bargaining agreement.

The search is open to all genders pursuant to Law 903/77 and Legislative Decree 198/2006.

Priority will be given to candidates belonging to protected categories (Art. 1 Law 68/99).
