Pricing Specialist

Molex is currently looking for an entrepreneurial and business-oriented Pricing Specialist to join our team in Molex Italy – Milan office. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work cross-functionally with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. You will be responsible for pricing activities on our global key accounts, building strong internal and external partnerships.

Our Team

You will work with an international team of Pricing Specialists, primarily located in Eindhoven (The Netherlands) and Milan (Italy), reporting directly to our European Pricing Manager.

What You Will Do

• Support global sales and marketing (GSM) & product division teams in customer price negotiations, ensuring timely, consistent, and accurate negotiation analytics.
• Provide guidance on profit improvement and erosion restriction, recommending alternatives.
• Analyze and review pricing contracts for customers, including contract manufacturers (CM), direct accounts, and distribution channels.
• Identify and implement improvement opportunities and best practices within the pricing organization.
• Apply procedures and policies to assigned customer accounts, ensuring consistency across regional branches of the Pricing Team.
• Support key global projects as needed and provide active feedback during development phases.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field.
• Experience in a pricing-related or commercial/economic role.
• Fluent in English; additional languages such as French, German, or Italian are valued.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Outlook, Word, and Excel.

What Will Put You Ahead

• Experience with tools like Excel, Power BI, SAP ECC/BW, and SAP Channel Management.
• Experience working with cross-region and international teams.
