Costa Crociere S.p.A. is seeking a pricing and distribution analytics professional to help transform pricing systems and distribution capabilities. You will work on designing and evolving tools, analytics, and automation to support commercial excellence across markets and channels.

The role emphasizes collaboration with Revenue Management, IT, Marketing and Commercial teams in a multinational environment, with a hybrid work setup and a salary range based on experience.

Competenze

• 3-5 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics, Pricing Systems, Revenue Management Systems, Distribution Systems, Automation, or similar roles.
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Information Technology, or related quantitative discipline.
• Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel and experience using BI tools such as Power BI.
• Knowledge of SQL and/or Python, with ability to work with data and support automation solutions.
• Fluency in English enabling interaction with cross-functional and international teams.

• Contribute to the design, implementation, and evolution of pricing distribution tools.
• Bridge business needs and system capabilities with Revenue Management, IT, Marketing and Commercial teams.
• Leverage analytics to optimize pricing and distribution workflows and identify opportunities.
