We are hiring a Pricing Manager for our Milan Office!

As Pricing Manager, you will be part of the Front Office area within the Marketing & Pricing Team, directly reporting to the Product & Pricing Team Head.

YOUR ROLE

As Pricing Manager, you will be responsible for defining, implementing, and optimizing pricing strategies for Hyundai Capital Bank Italy's financial products, ensuring competitiveness while maintaining profitability and alignment with commercial objectives.

Main activities you will handle daily:

• Contribute to commercial planning activities by providing data to support volume and margin targets.
• Lead and manage pricing definition and operations for dealer partners.
• Collaborate proactively with the Field Force team to evaluate and optimize dealer pricing models and incentive programs.
• Lead the internal approval workflow for pricing initiatives and work closely with the Finance Controlling Team to validate pricing proposals and ensure alignment with financial targets.
• Implement new conditions within the captive’s system.
• Monitor pricing and profitability performance metrics and recommend refinements or adjustments.
• Align pricing actions with commercial targets, ensuring consistency between tactical decisions and strategic goals.
• Prepare reports and presentations for management to support strategic decisions.
• Provide ongoing support to the sales team through pricing tools, dashboards, and tailored reports to facilitate commercial decision-making.
• Support the Product team analytically during the development of new national offers.

YOUR SKILLS

• University Degree in Economics, Finance, Business, or related fields.
• 3-5 years of experience in Pricing or Financial Analysis, ideally in Captive Finance or the automotive industry.
• Knowledge of financial and pricing methodologies with an understanding of automotive finance products.
• Analytical mindset.
• Proactive in identifying negotiation risks and developing strategies for smooth approvals.
• Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
