Stryker is seeking a Pricing Manager Southern Europe to lead a regional pricing team and shape the pricing strategy for the Southern Europe region. The role involves partnering with senior leadership to drive pricing maturity, profitability, and a modern value-based pricing culture across the region.

You will lead a team of about 10 pricing professionals, driving transformation, governance, and alignment across multiple countries, functions, and stakeholders in a complex matrix environment.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• 8+ years in Pricing/Commercial Finance/Revenue Management or similar.
• 3+ years in direct people leadership, including team management.
• Experience leading pricing transformation and process improvement.
• Fluency in English and either Spanish or Italian.

• Develop and execute value-based pricing strategy aligned with regional objectives.

• Partner with Sales, Finance, and senior leaders to drive decisions and opportunities.
• Drive pricing transformation, standardization, automation, and digital tools.

• Ensure alignment of pricing with tendering and contract management.
