Aptar is seeking a Commercial Excellence Data & Systems Analyst based in Aptar Italy or Spain, responsible for developing and implementing Commercial Excellence processes through the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool and other systems within the Aptar environment. The role also involves supporting other Commercial Excellence initiatives to enhance Aptar’s customer centricity and profitable growth. This position supports the development and execution of our commercial operating model, priorities, and best practices. The analyst will collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and other cross-functional teams to ensure the successful deployment of initiatives and sharing of best practices across regions and segments.

The Data & Systems Commercial Excellence Analyst reports directly to the Global CE Director.

As a Commercial Excellence Data & Systems Analyst, You Will
  1. Develop the Internal Commercial Mindset
  2. Optimize the Customer Experience
  3. Develop, maintain, and standardize reports and insights tools (e.g., C4C, Pipeline Projection, and Customer One-page dashboards)
  4. Act as administrator for the customer database, managing business requirements, customer documentation, contacts, contracts, and pipeline opportunities
  5. Ensure adherence to CRM and opportunity pipeline best practices
  6. Collaborate with internal IS teams to improve internal systems continuously
  7. Carry out Contract Management activities
  8. Support ongoing sales training frameworks with the Corporate University and provide key user support for internal systems to commercial teams
Education
  • Required: Bachelor of Business degree
  • Preferred: Lean/Continuous Improvement Training
Required Skills
  • 3-5 years’ experience in Sales Analysis, with strong CRM expertise. Experience in Sales, Marketing, or Pricing is advantageous.
  • Experience contributing to sales effectiveness improvement projects is a major asset.
  • Proven success in driving change and supporting global programs.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to analyze large datasets from various sources.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects with multicultural teams
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and ERP/BI software (e.g., SAP, QlikView, Power BI)
