Descrizione del lavoro

Aptar is seeking a Pricing & Commercial Excellence Manager based in Italy or Spain. This role involves developing and monitoring global Pricing & Commercial excellence practices to support our business strategy and roadmap. The manager will also support initiatives to enhance Aptar’s customer centricity and profitable growth.

The candidate will collaborate with Finance, Sales, Marketing, and other teams to ensure best practices are deployed across regions and segments.

Responsibilities

  • Lead efforts related to pricing and margin management
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives for margin optimization
  • Develop KPIs, monitor performance, and provide insights for decision-making
  • Support and improve our global CRM system (SAP Cloud 4 Customer)
  • Assist regional teams with Sales Force Effectiveness initiatives
  • Coordinate data accuracy within SAP and other systems
  • Manage new Contract Management system
  • Lead pricing and margin initiatives
  • Design and improve analysis and reporting tools
  • Develop tools for pricing consistency across regions
  • Collaborate with IS teams to improve internal systems
  • Develop training materials and lead implementation events

Qualifications

Education : Masters / MBA preferred

Skills & Experience :

  • 5-7 years in Pricing, Marketing, or Sales
  • PowerBI / CRM expertise beneficial
  • Experience in commercial effectiveness projects
  • Proven leadership and change management skills
  • Ability to analyze large datasets
  • Experience in multi-country, matrix environments
  • Agile methodology skills
  • Industry experience in B2B manufacturing preferred

  • Strong analytical and reporting skills
  • Multicultural team collaboration
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, SAP, QlikView, Power BI
