Aptar is seeking a Commercial Excellence Data & Systems Analyst based in Italy or Spain, responsible for developing and implementing Commercial Excellence processes through CRM and other systems. The role supports initiatives to enhance Aptar’s customer-centricity and growth, working closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and cross-functional teams to deploy best practices across regions and segments.

The Data & Systems Commercial Excellence Analyst reports to the Global CE Director.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop the internal commercial mindset
  • Optimize the customer experience
  • Develop, maintain, and standardize reports and insight tools (e.g., C4C, pipeline projection, dashboards)
  • Manage customer database, including requirements, contacts, contracts, and pipeline opportunities
  • Ensure CRM and pipeline best practices adherence
  • Collaborate with IS teams to improve internal systems
  • Conduct contract management activities
  • Support sales training frameworks and provide system support to commercial teams
Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
Required Skills:
  • 3-5 years experience in sales analysis, CRM expertise
  • Experience in sales, marketing, or pricing beneficial
  • Proven success in sales effectiveness projects and supporting global programs
  • Leadership and team collaboration skills
  • Ability to analyze large datasets from diverse sources
Additional Skills:
  • Strong reporting and analytical skills
  • Multicultural project experience
  • Excel, PowerPoint mastery; ERP and BI software (SAP, QlikView, Power BI)
