Aptar is looking for a Pricing & Commercial Excellence Manager who will lead pricing initiatives and improve commercial effectiveness across global operations. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver strategic projects and enhance customer centricity, all while driving profitability. This role requires strong analytical skills, project management experience in a B2B environment, and fluency in English.

Descrizione del lavoro

Aptar is seeking a Pricing & Commercial Excellence Manager based in Aptar Italy or Spain, in charge of developing leading and monitoring global Pricing & Commercial excellence practices aimed at supporting our business strategy and roadmap. He / she will also support other Commercial Excellence initiatives aimed at advancing Aptar’s customer centricity journey and our profitable growth.

The desired candidate will work closely with Finance, Sales, Marketing, and other cross-functional teams to deliver all initiatives and projects in the scope of Pricing & Commercial Excellence and ensure cross-region and cross-segment best practices are properly deployed.

As a Pricing & Commercial Excellence Manager , You Will

  • Leads & support efforts related to pricing and margin management roadmap
  • Propose, leads & support implementation of continuous improvement initiatives for margin optimization
  • Develops KPIs and monitor performance tools, provides insights and advice on business prediction, decisions, pricing simulations and monitoring
  • Continuously improve and provide key user support for our global CRM system (SAP Cloud 4 Customer).
  • Support regional teams with Sales Force Effectiveness efforts focusing on improvement of existing processes, data and tools.
  • Coordinate Data Accuracy & Maintenance efforts within SAP and other systems with regional master data teams.
  • Administer new Contract Management system
  • Propose and lead Pricing and Margin Initiatives
  • Design, structure and improve analysis and reporting tools (C4C, Pipeline Projection, Customer One-page dashboards & Pricing Monitoring dashboards).
  • Lead & support in development and deployment of tools to build pricing consistency and transparency across regions
  • CRM / C4C champion :
  • Collaborate with IS teams to continuously improve internal systems.
  • Develop training materials and lead events for strategic project implementations

Education

  • Required :
  • Masters / MBA preferred

Required Skills

  • 5-7 years of experience in Pricing, Marketing or Sales roles.
  • PowerBI / CRM system expertise is highly beneficial.
  • Experience in contributing to similar commercial effectiveness improvement projects is a major asset.
  • Demonstrated success in driving change and supporting global programs.
  • Proven leadership capabilities and team player.
  • Assessment of large datasets from a variety of sources.
  • Proficiency in a multi-country, matrix team environment.
  • Capability in agile methodology.
  • B2B manufacturing industry experience preferred.

Skills :

  • Strong reporting and analytical skills
  • Ability to work on different projects with multicultural teams.
  • Solid mastery of Excel and PowerPoint, plus an ERP and Business Intelligence software (ideally SAP, QlikView, Power BI).
  • Fluency in English (other languages would be a plus)
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
