Job Description
The Senior Specialist / Project Manager will oversee key projects and initiatives, supporting pricing analysis and strategic planning to optimize product and service pricing across the Southern Europe region.
Key responsibilities:

• Support the Pricing Manager and Business Units with data analysis on pricing projects, ensuring compliance with group policies (margin analysis, price adjustments, new product launches, market data analysis, etc.).
• Collaborate with Business Units to implement annual pricing strategies, prepare for price increases, and forecast margins.
• Train and support key users on pricing tools, liaise with IT for system maintenance, assist sales teams, and manage mass processing activities.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to streamline pricing practices and improve data accuracy.
• Prepare reports and presentations for senior management, summarizing research findings and recommendations.
• Contribute to the development of a pricing community within the organization.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, statistics, business administration, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention to detail skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and familiarity with analytical software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of CRM (e.g., Salesforce) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP) is advantageous.
- Interest in market dynamics and pricing strategies.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
