We're now looking for a Presales Engineer. This position is full-time and remote from Italy.
Responsibilities include:
- Support business development by generating more leads through roadshows or workshops;
- Act as the technical expert during sales pitches and meetings by handling all technical communication and introducing solutions;
- Build and maintain relationships with EcoFlow partners, establishing trust through technical knowledge and understanding client requirements;
- Prepare technical materials and presentation slide decks for pre-sale support;
- Conduct product training and interact closely with partners to ensure understanding of EcoFlow's USPs;
- Collect feedback and insights from clients and partners, working with R&D to improve products;
- Provide insights and suggestions based on technical expertise, assisting partners in customizing solutions for commercial success.
Your profile includes:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in science or engineering; electrical engineering, electro-mechanical equipment, or related fields preferred;
- At least 3 years of experience in customer communication and pre-sale technical support, preferably in the Residential Energy Storage industry;
- Strong self-drive and proactiveness, ability to work independently and in teams;
- Excellent communication skills, comfortable with customer-facing roles and delivering training;
- Ability to understand customer needs and independently find solutions;
- Passion for the industry, willingness to learn, and ability to grasp complex information quickly;
- Fluency in English and Italian is essential; additional languages such as French, Polish, Dutch are a plus.
