Presales Engineer Position

We are seeking a Presales Engineer for a full-time, remote role based in Italy. Your responsibilities include:

• Supporting business development through roadshows and workshops;
• Serving as the technical expert during sales pitches, managing technical communication and solution presentations;
• Building and maintaining relationships with partners, establishing trust through technical expertise and understanding client needs;
• Preparing technical materials and presentation decks for pre-sales support;
• Providing product training to ensure partners understand key USPs of EcoFlow products and services;
• Gathering feedback from clients and partners to collaborate with R&D for product improvements;
• Assisting partners in customizing solutions for commercial success based on your technical insights.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree or higher in science or engineering, preferably in electrical engineering or related fields;
• At least 3 years of experience in customer communication and pre-sales technical support, with preference for experience in Residential Energy Storage;
• Strong self-motivation and proactive attitude, capable of working independently and collaboratively;
• Excellent communication skills, comfortable with customer interactions and group training;
• Ability to understand customer needs and independently develop solutions;
• Passion for the industry and a willingness to learn quickly in a rapidly changing environment;
• Fluency in English and Italian is required; additional languages such as French, Polish, Dutch are a plus.
