Job Title: Presales Engineer (Remote, Italy)

Position: Presales Engineer (Full-time, Remote from Italy)

Your responsibilities include:

  • Supporting business development through roadshows and workshops to generate leads.
  • Acting as the technical expert during sales pitches, managing technical communications, and introducing solutions.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with EcoFlow partners, establishing trust through technical expertise and understanding client needs.
  • Preparing technical materials and presentation decks for pre-sale support.
  • Training business partners on EcoFlow products and services to ensure clear understanding of USPs.
  • Gathering feedback from clients and partners and collaborating with R&D to improve products.
  • Providing insights and suggestions to help partners customize solutions for commercial success.

Your profile includes:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in science or engineering, preferably in electrical engineering or related fields.
  • At least 3 years of experience in customer communication and pre-sale technical support, with preferred experience in the Residential Energy Storage industry.
  • Strong self-drive, proactiveness, and ability to work independently and in teams.
  • Excellent communication skills, comfortable with customer-facing roles and group training.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and independently find solutions.
  • Passion for the industry, quick learner, and adaptable to rapid changes.
  • Fluency in English and Italian is essential; additional languages like French, Polish, or Dutch are a plus.
