Job Description for Presales Engineer (Remote from Italy)

Position: Presales Engineer (Full-time, Remote from Italy)

  • Support business development through roadshows and workshops.
  • Act as the technical expert during sales pitches and meetings, handling all technical communications and solution introductions.
  • Build and maintain relationships with partners, establishing trust through deep technical knowledge and understanding client needs.
  • Prepare technical materials and presentation decks for pre-sale support.
  • Conduct product training and interactions to ensure partners understand EcoFlow’s USPs.
  • Gather feedback from clients and partners, working with R&D to improve products.
  • Assist partners in customizing solutions for commercial success based on your technical expertise.

Your Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in science or engineering (Electrical engineering, electro-mechanical, or related fields preferred).
  • At least 3 years of experience in customer communication and pre-sale technical support, preferably in the Residential Energy Storage industry.
  • Self-driven, proactive, able to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
  • Excellent communication skills, comfortable with customer-facing roles and group training.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and find solutions independently.
  • Passion for the industry, quick learner, capable of grasping complex information rapidly.
  • Fluent in English and Italian; additional languages like French, Polish, Dutch are a plus.
