Job Title: Presales Engineer (Remote from Italy)

We are seeking a Presales Engineer, a full-time position based remotely from Italy. Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Supporting business development by generating leads through roadshows or workshops.
  2. Serving as the technical expert during sales pitches and meetings, managing all technical communications and solution introductions.
  3. Building and maintaining relationships with EcoFlow partners, establishing trust through your technical expertise and understanding of client needs.
  4. Preparing technical materials and presentation decks for pre-sale support.
  5. Providing product training and ensuring business partners understand the key USPs of EcoFlow products and services.
  6. Gathering feedback and insights from clients and partners, collaborating with R&D to improve products.
  7. Assisting partners in customizing solutions to achieve commercial success based on your technical knowledge.

Your profile includes:

  1. Bachelor's degree or higher in science or engineering; degrees in electrical engineering, electro-mechanical equipment, or related fields are preferred.
  2. At least 3 years of experience in customer communication and pre-sale technical support, with a preference for experience in the Residential Energy Storage industry.
  3. Strong self-motivation and proactive attitude, capable of working independently and collaboratively across teams.
  4. Excellent communication skills, comfortable with customer-facing roles and delivering group training.
  5. Ability to understand customer needs and independently develop solutions.
  6. Passion for the industry, willingness to learn continuously, and ability to grasp complex information quickly.
  7. Fluency in English and Italian is essential; additional languages such as French, Polish, or Dutch are a plus.
