HWG Sababa, a leading company in cybersecurity, is looking to strengthen its internal team by hiring a:

PRESALE ENGINEER CYBER SECURITY

Main Responsibilities:

  • Delivering presentations, demonstrations, training, consultation and sales support services to prospective and current clients
  • Working closely with sales team to propose and identify solutions to address customers’ requests
  • Work with Sales to provide a timely response for technical RFI/RFP questions
  • Liaising with Sales team developing products/services according to the market insights/needs
  • Explore/qualify new opportunity/leads according to the markets/customers insights
  • Build/enhance relationships with customers and proactively seeking new sales opportunities
  • In-depth knowledge of computer science and cybersecurity issues
  • Broad, several years of specialist know-how in the field of cyber security
  • Proven success in presales and/or consulting in the area of cyber security
  • In-depth knowledge of the security monitoring tools (e.g. QRadar, Splunk, Sentinel, etc.) and security platform (EDR, NDR, email protection, SASE, etc.)
  • Proven experience of a Consultative Selling approach in a customer facing role
  • Demonstrated ability to build rapport and establish credibility with customers, partners, and internal teams
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including IT decision-makers, security professionals, and C-level executives

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • You possess a Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
  • Solid expertise about IT/Cyber Security topics
  • Solid attitude to work/resource organization and time-attention
  • Goal-oriented attitude
  • Team-working oriented
  • Ability to work closely and collaboratively with different team members
  • Experienced in Market research and Product development
  • Influencing and negotiation skills
