We are seeking a Presales Engineer, a full-time, remote position based in Italy. Your responsibilities include:

  1. Supporting business development via roadshows and workshops to generate leads.
  2. Serving as the technical expert during sales pitches and meetings, handling all technical communications and solution introductions.
  3. Building and maintaining relationships with EcoFlow partners, establishing trust through technical expertise and understanding client needs.
  4. Preparing technical materials and presentation decks for pre-sale support.
  5. Providing product training and ensuring partners understand the key USPs of EcoFlow products and services.
  6. Gathering feedback from clients and partners to collaborate with R&D for product improvements.
  7. Offering insights and suggestions based on your technical expertise, assisting partners in customizing solutions for commercial success.

Your Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in science or engineering; electrical engineering, electro-mechanical, or related fields preferred.
  • At least 3 years of experience in customer communication and pre-sale technical support, with preference for experience in the Residential Energy Storage industry.
  • Strong self-motivation and proactiveness, able to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
  • Excellent communication skills, comfortable with customer interaction and group training.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and independently develop solutions.
  • Passion for the industry, willingness to learn, and ability to grasp complex information quickly.
  • Fluency in English and Italian is essential; additional languages like French, Polish, Dutch are a plus.
