Job Description: Presales Engineer (Remote, Italy)

Responsibilities:
  1. Support business development through roadshows and workshops to generate leads.
  2. Serve as the technical expert during sales pitches and meetings, handling all technical communication and solution introductions.
  3. Build and maintain relationships with EcoFlow partners, establishing trust through technical expertise and understanding client needs.
  4. Prepare technical materials and presentation decks for pre-sales support.
  5. Conduct product training and interact closely with partners to ensure understanding of EcoFlow's USPs.
  6. Gather feedback from clients and partners, collaborating with R&D to improve products.
  7. Provide insights and suggestions based on technical knowledge, assisting partners in customizing solutions for commercial success.
Candidate Profile:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in science or engineering; electrical engineering, electro-mechanical, or related fields preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in customer communication and pre-sales technical support, with industry experience in Residential Energy Storage preferred.
  • Self-driven, proactive, able to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
  • Excellent communication skills, comfortable with customer-facing roles and group training.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and independently find solutions.
  • Passion for the industry, quick learner, capable of grasping complex information in a rapidly changing environment.
  • Fluency in English and Italian is essential; additional languages like French, Polish, or Dutch are a plus.
