We are currently looking for a Presales Engineer. This is a full-time position, remote from Italy.

  • Support business development by generating leads through roadshows or workshops.
  • Serve as the technical expert during sales pitches and meetings, handling all technical communication and solution introductions.
  • Build and maintain relationships with EcoFlow partners, earning trust through your technical expertise and understanding of client needs.
  • Prepare technical materials and presentation decks for pre-sale support.
  • Provide product training and ensure business partners understand the key USPs of EcoFlow products and services.
  • Gather feedback and insights from clients and partners, collaborating with R&D to improve products.
  • Help partners customize solutions to achieve commercial success based on your technical knowledge.
Your profile includes:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in science or engineering; electrical engineering, electro-mechanical fields preferred.
  • At least 3 years of experience in customer communication and pre-sale technical support, with experience in the Residential Energy Storage industry preferred.
  • Strong self-drive and proactiveness, ability to work independently and in teams.
  • Excellent communication skills, comfortable with customer-facing roles and group training.
