  • Support business development by generating leads through roadshows or workshops;
  • Act as the technical expert during sales pitches and meetings, handling all technical communication and solution introductions;
  • Build and maintain relationships with EcoFlow partners, earning trust through your technical knowledge and understanding of client needs;
  • Prepare technical materials and presentation slide decks for pre-sale support;
  • Ensure all business partners understand the key USPs of EcoFlow products and services through effective product training and close interaction;
  • Collect valuable feedback and insights from clients and partners, working closely with R&D to improve products;
  • Provide insights and suggestions based on your technical expertise, assisting partners in customizing solutions for commercial success.
Your profile includes
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in science or engineering; electrical engineering, electro-mechanical equipment, or related fields preferred;
  • At least 3 years of experience in customer communication and pre-sale technical support, with industry experience in Residential Energy Storage preferred;
  • Strong self-drive and proactiveness, able to work independently and as part of diverse teams;
  • Excellent communication skills, comfortable with customer-facing roles and delivering training;
  • Ability to listen, understand customer needs, and find solutions independently;
  • Interest or passion for this industry, with a willingness to learn continuously and grasp new, complex information quickly;
  • Fluency in English and Italian is mandatory; additional languages such as French, Polish, or Dutch are a plus.
