Job Description: Presales Engineer (Remote, Italy)

Position: Presales Engineer (Full-time, Remote from Italy)

Responsibilities:
  1. Support business development by organizing roadshows and workshops to generate leads.
  2. Serve as the technical expert during sales pitches and meetings, managing all technical communications and solution introductions.
  3. Build and sustain relationships with EcoFlow partners, establishing trust through technical expertise and understanding client needs.
  4. Prepare technical materials and presentation decks for pre-sale support.
  5. Conduct product training and interactions to ensure partners understand EcoFlow's USPs.
  6. Gather feedback from clients and partners, collaborating with R&D to enhance products.
  7. Assist partners in customizing solutions to achieve commercial success based on your technical knowledge.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in science or engineering, preferably in electrical engineering, electro-mechanical equipment, or related fields.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in customer communication and pre-sale technical support, preferably within the Residential Energy Storage industry.
  • Strong self-drive, proactiveness, and ability to work independently and within diverse teams.
  • Excellent communication skills; comfortable with customer-facing roles and delivering group training.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and develop independent solutions.
  • Passion for the industry, quick learner, and capable of grasping complex information rapidly.
  • Fluent in English and Italian; additional languages like French, Polish, or Dutch are a plus.
