Job Description: Presales Engineer (Remote, Italy)

Position: Presales Engineer (Full-time, Remote from Italy)

This role involves:

  1. Supporting business development through roadshows and workshops.
  2. Acting as the technical expert in sales pitches and meetings.
  3. Building and maintaining relationships with partners, fostering trust through technical expertise and understanding client needs.
  4. Preparing technical materials and presentations for pre-sale support.
  5. Providing product training and ensuring partners understand EcoFlow's USPs.
  6. Gathering feedback from clients and partners to improve products.
  7. Assisting partners in customizing solutions for commercial success.

Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in science or engineering (Electrical engineering or related fields preferred).
  • At least 3 years of experience in customer communication and pre-sale technical support, preferably in Residential Energy Storage.
  • Self-driven, proactive, capable of working independently and in teams.
  • Excellent communication skills, comfortable with customer interactions and training.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and develop solutions independently.
  • Passion for the industry, quick learner, adaptable to rapid changes.
  • Fluent in English and Italian; additional languages like French, Polish, Dutch are a plus.
