Harding+ seeks Watch Sales Specialists to join onboard cruise retail teams worldwide. You will welcome guests, apply product knowledge of luxury watches, and guide them through high-value purchases with discretion and care.

This role offers a competitive onboard salary plus up to 6% commission, accommodation and meals onboard, visas support, and contracts of up to 6 months with home leave between contracts. English fluency is essential; additional languages are a plus.

Qualifications

• Proven experience selling luxury watches.
• Strong knowledge of premium and Swiss watch brands.
• Experience guiding high-value or considered purchases.
• Motivation to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Confidence delivering product presentations or guest events.
• Adaptable, team-focused, and able to life at sea.
• Fluency in English; additional languages advantageous.
• Physically fit for active day.

Responsabilités

• Deliver a premium guest experience and maximise watch sales onboard.
• Welcome guests, understand needs, and recommend pieces.
• Introduce brands and explain features and value.
• Guide guests through high-value purchases with confidence.
• Support onboard events, presentations and promotions.
• Maintain product presentation, stock and compliance.
• Share knowledge with the wider team.
• Build trust and manage the journey toward purchase.
