Job summary

Harding+ is seeking experienced Watch Sales Specialists to join our onboard retail teams, selling luxury watches to guests worldwide. You will guide guests through high-value purchases, showcase premium and Swiss brands, and create a premium shopping journey at sea.

Qualifications

• Proven experience selling luxury watches (premium or Swiss brands).
• Strong product knowledge of premium and Swiss watches.
• Ability to guide guests through high‑value purchases with trust.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a premium guest experience and maximise watch sales onboard.
• Welcome guests, understand needs, and recommend pieces relevant to style or collection.
• Explain features and value, invite handling and ownership imagination, and guide conversation toward commitment.
• Support onboard events, promotions and maintain product presentation and stock.
