Preconstruction Manager - Data Centres - Milan, Italy

This is your opportunity to work for a global data centre operator recognized as one of the fastest-growing and most well-known groups in the industry.

Having received significant investment, this established data centre group is entering its next phase of growth and is seeking a Preconstruction Manager. They have established partnerships with many well-known technology powerhouses and tailor their developments to their clients' requirements.

Responsibilities and Requirements:

1. Previous construction experience (boots on the ground) is required, with a transition to the planning and management side.
2. Understanding of preconstruction processes.
3. Experience with bid and tender packages.
4. Permitting experience, ideally with Italian authorities and legislation (45+ years old candidates preferred).
5. Background in power plants, wastewater, or energy from waste projects is ideal.
6. Experience with CSA, construction, project management, stakeholder management, and managing GCs.
7. Must have CSA experience on large-scale projects valued in the millions of euros.
8. Experience in data centres is preferred, but oil and gas experience is also acceptable.
