Aerotek in Milan, MI is seeking a CMM Programmer to design, program, and optimize CMM inspection routines using PC-DMIS, Calypso, or equivalent. You will develop inspection programs from customer prints, CAD models and GD&T requirements, and perform first-piece, in-process, final, and PPAP inspections.

Competenze

• Program, setup, and operate CMM equipment using PC-DMIS, Calypso, or equivalent.
• Develop inspection programs from prints, CAD models and GD&T requirements.
• Perform first-piece, in-process, final, and PPAP inspections.
• Interpret drawings, specifications, and GD&T symbols.
• Analyze inspection data and create dimensional reports for production and engineering teams.
• Validate product conformance to customer and internal quality standards.
• Troubleshoot and optimize existing CMM programs for efficiency and accuracy.
• Utilize precision measurement instruments including calipers, micrometers, height gauges, bore gauges, and optical measurement equipment.
