As part of our international expansion, we are looking for a Solution Architect with strong Pre-sales experience to join our Italian team.

What we’re looking for :

A tech-savvy professional with a solid background in software architecture and pre-sales within the system integration sector. You’ll work closely with the Technical Management Team, focusing on the Italian market.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Be part of a technical leadership team, aligning and enhancing cross-functional activities across delivery, pre-sales, and business development
2. Act as technical lead for high-level services, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
3. Manage client relationships, prepare pre-sales proposals and presentations, and help define technical solutions
4. Work closely with the Business Development team to implement Proofs of Concept (PoC) and present tailored solutions

What you bring :

1. 6+ years of experience as a Solutions Architect (required)
2. Solid experience in software architecture: design, estimation, risk management, and implementation
3. Proven experience in consulting firms or Italian system integrators
4. Fluency in Italian, plus English (Mandatory!) and/or Spanish (a plus)
5. Strong leadership and communication skills
6. Experience in Pre-sales activities, including technical solution design, project planning, and documentation
7. Familiarity with Agile methodologies
8. A proactive, creative mindset with a passion for innovation and team collaboration
