As part of our international expansion, we are looking for a Solution Architect with strong Pre-sales experience to join our Italian team.

What we’re looking for :

A tech-savvy professional with a solid background in software architecture and pre-sales within the system integration sector. You’ll work closely with the Technical Management Team, focusing on the Italian market.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Be part of a technical leadership team, aligning and enhancing cross-functional activities across delivery, pre-sales, and business development.
2. Act as technical lead for high-level services, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
3. Manage client relationships, prepare pre-sales proposals and presentations, and help define technical solutions.
4. Work closely with the Business Development team to implement Proofs of Concept (PoC) and present tailored solutions.

What you bring :

• 6+ years of experience as a Solutions Architect (required).
• Solid experience in software architecture: design, estimation, risk management, and implementation.
• Proven experience in consulting firms or Italian system integrators.
• Fluency in Italian, plus English (mandatory), and Spanish (a plus).
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience in Pre-sales activities, including technical solution design, project planning, and documentation.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• A proactive, creative mindset with a passion for innovation and team collaboration.
