We are seeking a Presales Engineer, a full-time and remote from Italy position.

  • Support business development through roadshows and workshops.
  • Act as the technical expert during sales pitches, handling all technical communications and solutions.
  • Build and maintain relationships with partners, earning trust through technical expertise and understanding client needs.
  • Prepare technical materials and presentations for pre-sales support.
  • Train and interact with business partners to ensure understanding of EcoFlow’s USPs.
  • Gather feedback from clients and work with R&D to improve products.
  • Help partners customize solutions for commercial success.

Your profile includes:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in science or engineering, preferably electrical engineering or related fields.
  • At least 3 years in customer communication and pre-sale technical support, ideally in residential energy storage.
  • Self-driven, proactive, able to work independently and in teams.
  • Strong communication skills, comfortable with customer-facing roles and delivering training.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and find solutions independently.
  • Passion for the industry, quick learner, and adaptable to rapid changes.
  • Fluency in English and Italian is essential; additional languages are a plus.
