Competenze

  • Fluency in English and Italian is mandatory.

We're now looking for a

full-time and

remote from Italy.

Responsibilities include:

  • Support business development in generating more leads through roadshows or workshops.
  • Act as the technical expert during sales pitches and meetings by handling all technical communication and introduction of solutions.
  • Build and maintain relationships with EcoFlow partners.
  • Build trust thanks to your in-depth technical knowledge as well as understanding of client requirements.
  • Prepare technical materials / presentation slide decks required for pre-sale support.
  • Ensure all business partners of EcoFlow have a clear understanding of the key USPs of EcoFlow products & services through effective product training and close interaction.
  • Collect valuable feedback & insights from clients and partners and work closely with R&D to continuously improve EcoFlow products.
  • Provide insights and suggestions based on your technical know-how, help partners to customize solutions for commercial success.

Your profile includes :

  • Bachelor's degree or above in science or engineering; electrical engineering, electro-mechanical equipment, or related fields preferred.
  • At least 3 years of experience in customer communication and pre-sale technical support roles.
  • Preferably 3+ years in the Residential Energy Storage industry.
  • Strong self-drive and proactiveness; able to work independently and in teams across diverse departments.
  • Excellent communication skills, comfortable with customer-facing roles and delivering training.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and find solutions independently.
  • Passion or interest in this industry; willingness to learn and adapt in a rapidly changing environment.
  • Fluency in English and Italian is mandatory; additional languages such as French, German, Polish, Dutch are a plus.
