We are seeking a Presales Engineer for a full-time, remote position in Italy.
- Support business development through roadshows and workshops;
- Serve as the technical expert in sales meetings, managing technical communication and solution introductions;
- Build and maintain relationships with partners, establishing trust through technical expertise and understanding client needs;
- Prepare technical materials and presentations for pre-sales support;
- Ensure partners understand the USPs of EcoFlow products through training and interaction;
- Gather feedback from clients and partners, collaborating with R&D to improve products;
- Help partners customize solutions for commercial success based on your technical knowledge.
Your profile includes:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in science or engineering, preferably in electrical or electro-mechanical fields;
- At least 3 years in customer communication and pre-sales support, with experience in residential energy storage preferred;
- Self-driven, proactive, able to work independently and in teams;
- Excellent communication skills, comfortable with customer interaction and training;
- Ability to understand customer needs and develop solutions;
- Passion for the industry, quick learner, capable of grasping complex information;
- Fluency in English and Italian is essential, additional languages like French, German, Polish, Dutch are a plus.
