We are seeking a Presales Engineer for a full-time remote position in Italy.

  • Support business development through roadshows and workshops;
  • Act as the technical expert during sales pitches and meetings;
  • Build and maintain relationships with partners, leveraging your technical knowledge and understanding of client needs;
  • Prepare technical materials and presentation decks for pre-sales support;
  • Train partners on EcoFlow products and services to ensure understanding of USPs;
  • Gather feedback from clients and partners, collaborating with R&D for product improvements;
  • Help partners customize solutions for commercial success.

Your profile includes:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in science or engineering, preferably electrical or electro-mechanical fields;
  • At least 3 years of experience in customer communication and pre-sale support, ideally in residential energy storage;
  • Self-driven, proactive, able to work independently and in teams;
  • Excellent communication skills, comfortable with customer interactions and training;
  • Ability to understand customer needs and independently find solutions;
  • Passion for the industry and willingness to learn in a rapidly changing environment;
  • Fluency in English and Italian is essential; additional languages are a plus.
