EcoFlow is seeking a Pre-Sales Engineer in Pescara, Italy. In this role, you'll support business development efforts and act as a technical expert for our innovative energy solutions. You'll work with partners to ensure clarity in product knowledge and foster strong relationships. Ideal candidates will have a degree in engineering and experience in customer communication.

  • Support business development through roadshows and workshops.
  • Act as the technical expert during sales pitches, managing all technical communication.
  • Build and maintain relationships with partners, fostering trust through technical expertise and understanding client needs.
  • Prepare technical materials and presentations for pre-sales support.
  • Train and interact with partners to ensure understanding of EcoFlow products and USPs.
  • Gather feedback from clients and work with R&D to improve products.
  • Help partners customize solutions for commercial success based on your technical knowledge.

Your profile includes:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in science or engineering, preferably electrical engineering or related fields.
  • At least 3 years of experience in customer communication and pre-sale support, ideally in residential energy storage.
  • Strong self-drive, proactive, able to work independently and in teams.
  • Excellent communication skills, comfortable with customer-facing roles and group training.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and independently find solutions.
  • Passion for the industry, quick learner, capable of grasping complex information in a fast-changing environment.
  • Fluent in English and Italian; additional languages like French, German, Polish, Dutch are a plus.
