We are seeking a Presales Engineer, a full-time and remote from Italy position. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting business development through roadshows and workshops;
  • Acting as the technical expert in sales pitches and meetings;
  • Building and maintaining relationships with partners;
  • Preparing technical materials for pre-sales support;
  • Training partners to understand EcoFlow's key USPs;
  • Gathering feedback for product improvement;
  • Assisting partners in customizing solutions for success.

Your profile includes:

  • A Bachelor's degree or higher in science or engineering, preferably in electrical engineering or related fields;
  • At least 3 years of experience in customer communication and pre-sales technical support, ideally in residential energy storage;
  • Strong self-drive, proactive attitude, and ability to work independently and in teams;
  • Excellent communication skills, comfortable with customer interactions and training;
  • Ability to understand customer needs and develop solutions;
  • A passion for the industry and willingness to learn;
  • Fluency in English and Italian; additional languages are a plus.
