We are seeking a Presales Engineer, a full-time and remote position based in Italy.

  • Support business development through roadshows or workshops.
  • Act as the technical expert during sales pitches and meetings, managing all technical communication and solutions presentation.
  • Build and maintain relationships with EcoFlow partners, earning trust through technical expertise and understanding client needs.
  • Prepare technical materials and presentation decks for pre-sales support.
  • Ensure all business partners understand the key USPs of EcoFlow products and services through training and interaction.
  • Gather feedback from clients and partners, working with R&D to improve products.
  • Provide insights and suggestions based on your technical knowledge, helping partners customize solutions for commercial success.

Your profile includes:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in science or engineering, preferably in electrical engineering or related fields.
  • At least 3 years of experience in customer communication and pre-sale technical support, preferably in residential energy storage.
  • Self-driven, proactive, and able to work independently and in teams.
  • Excellent communication skills, comfortable with customer interactions and group training.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and find solutions independently.
  • Passion for the industry, willingness to learn, and ability to grasp complex information quickly.
  • Fluency in English and Italian is essential; additional languages like French, German, Polish, or Dutch are a plus.
