  • Support business development through roadshows and workshops.
  • Act as the technical expert during sales pitches and meetings.
  • Build and maintain relationships with partners, demonstrating technical expertise and understanding client needs.
  • Prepare technical materials and presentations for pre-sales support.
  • Train and inform partners about EcoFlow products and services.
  • Gather feedback from clients and work with R&D to improve products.
  • Help partners customize solutions for commercial success.

Your profile includes:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in science or engineering, preferably electrical or electro-mechanical engineering.
  • At least 3 years of experience in customer communication and pre-sales support, preferably in residential energy storage.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, able to work independently and in teams.
  • Excellent communication skills, comfortable with customer interactions and training.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and find solutions independently.
  • Passion for the industry, quick learner, capable of grasping complex information.
  • Fluent in English and Italian; additional languages are a plus.
