We are seeking a Pre-Sales Engineer for a full-time, remote position in Italy.

  • Support business development through roadshows and workshops.
  • Act as the technical expert during sales pitches and meetings.
  • Build and maintain relationships with partners, demonstrating technical expertise and understanding client needs.
  • Prepare technical materials and presentations for pre-sales support.
  • Conduct product training for partners to ensure understanding of key USPs.
  • Gather feedback from clients and partners to assist R&D in product improvement.
  • Assist partners in customizing solutions for commercial success.

Your profile includes:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in science or engineering, preferably in electrical or electro-mechanical fields.
  • At least 3 years of experience in customer communication and pre-sales support, preferably in residential energy storage.
  • Strong self-motivation and proactive attitude, capable of working independently and in teams.
  • Excellent communication skills, comfortable with customer-facing roles and group training.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and develop solutions independently.
  • Passion for the industry, eagerness to learn, and ability to grasp complex information quickly.
  • Fluency in English and Italian is required; additional languages are a plus.
