We are currently seeking a Presales Engineer. This is a full-time, remote position based in Italy.

  • Assist in business development through roadshows and workshops;
  • Serve as the technical expert during sales meetings, managing technical communications and solution introductions;
  • Develop and maintain relationships with partners, building trust through technical expertise and understanding client needs;
  • Prepare technical materials and presentation decks for pre-sales support;
  • Provide product training to ensure partners understand our USPs;
  • Gather feedback from clients and partners, collaborating with R&D to improve products;
  • Offer insights and solutions to help partners achieve commercial success.
Your Profile
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in science or engineering, preferably in electrical or electro-mechanical fields;
  • At least 3 years of experience in customer communication and pre-sales technical support, preferably in residential energy storage;
  • Proactive, self-driven, capable of working independently and in teams;
  • Excellent communication skills, comfortable with customer interactions and group training;
  • Ability to understand customer needs and develop solutions independently;
  • Passion for the industry and willingness to learn rapidly in a changing environment;
  • Fluent in English and Italian; additional languages like French, German, Polish, Dutch are a plus.
