The Role

You will join the Pre-sales team, which interfaces with the technical office for feasibility studies and supports the sales department to provide strategic consulting, leading to contract closure with clients. You will be responsible for activities related to the technical definition of customer needs, including drafting specifications and preparing technical-commercial offers.

Your Activities

1. Analyze customer needs, including project feasibility studies
2. Draft standard offers for catalog product lines
3. Define, in collaboration with the design team (mechanical, hardware, and software), the most appropriate technical solution for custom products and their economic evaluation
4. Coordinate with the sales team (area sales managers and distributors) to define the best technical solution for standard offers
5. Prepare commercial proposals to support the sales team

Ideal Candidate

• Degree in engineering
• Excellent command of spoken and written English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Experience in reading technical drawings and using 3D modeling software
• Strong interpersonal skills and good communication abilities
• Experience in the industrial machinery manufacturing sector
