The Role

You will join the Pre-sales team, which interfaces with the technical department for feasibility studies and supports the sales department to provide strategic consulting that leads to contract closure. You will be responsible for all activities related to the technical definition of customer needs, drafting specifications, and preparing technical-commercial offers.

Your Responsibilities

1. Analyze customer needs, including project feasibility studies.
2. Draft standard offers for catalog product lines.
3. Define, in collaboration with the design team (mechanical, hardware, and software engineers), the most suitable technical solution for custom products and their economic evaluation.
4. Work with the sales team (area sales managers and distributors) to determine the most appropriate technical solution for standard offers.
5. Prepare commercial offers to support the sales team.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Engineering degree.
• Excellent spoken and written English skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience in reading technical drawings and using 3D modeling software.
• Strong communication skills and predisposition for relations.
• Experience in the industrial machinery manufacturing sector.
