AGCO Corp has an exciting opportunity for a Machine Arrival Inspection Specialist to join its team in Breganze (VI), Italy. The purpose and scope of this position is management of site Machine Arrival Inspection (MAI) quality improvement activities that result in measurable and quantifiable improvement within the manufactured and delivered quality of assigned products.

This includes using MAI results to provide guidance to site teams and provide a product with correct assembly and adjustment prior to being released for shipment. Work with the designated engineering, production and quality teams at the assigned site/s to ensure that global MAI processes and tools are being used to manage the improvements required to consistently provide machines are delivered in a matter that dealer partner and customer expectations are exceeded.

Your Impact

  • Implement / Ensure site compliance and use of the systems, tools, and processes for MAI submittals
  • Continuous coaching site teams to improve their performance by analyzing and actioning the ACR and MAI feedback received on products shipped to the distribution network.
  • Action submitted MAI and Tech Connect cases relating to assembly, quality, logistical activities (damages) and disseminate to appropriate site team members.
  • Use tools to identify trending, problem resolution and corrective actions on the assembly line, with support of site manufacturing and quality members.
  • Attending and monitoring Product Problem Resolution items. Engage if issue relates to quality of manufacture.

Your Experience and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Technical, Manufacturing, or related field
  • 3 years' experience in quality/manufacturing or aftersales/technical environment
  • Experience within Windows operating systems and Salesforce
  • Understanding of Quality Assurance processes
