We would love you to join our Milan team as a PR Senior Account Executive/Account Manager (expertise in tech PR is essential)

You’ll use your determination and enthusiasm to work with a wide range of tech brands to drive innovative integrated communications campaigns, inspire junior team members, and lead press office activities. You’ll develop award-winning ideas that engage diverse audiences and make your clients famous.

Daily you will:

  • Manage a portfolio of around 4/5 clients, primarily B2B, overseeing daily activities, deliverables (with senior oversight), media relations, reporting, and priorities
  • Manage junior team members as necessary
  • Ensure client satisfaction through results-focused work and deliverables
  • Be a proactive team player and get involved in hands-on tasks
  • Maintain a strategic outlook, planning ahead based on SOWs to move clients forward seamlessly
  • Maintain strong media and influencer relationships in the tech sector and continuously improve these relationships
  • Generate innovative campaign ideas that align with business objectives and foster organic account growth
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, instilling confidence in senior clients and motivating team members
  • Participate in new business pitches, market analysis, and creative brainstorming sessions

You’ll Bring:

  • Approximately 5-7 years of experience in a dynamic PR environment, preferably within innovation or B2B tech sectors such as IT, TLC, AI, energy, automotive; tech expertise is mandatory
  • Proficient in English, both written and spoken
  • Good media, social media, and influencer contacts
  • Excellent writing skills
  • Experience with major press office tools
  • Experience working with international clients
  • Ability to prioritize, multitask, think creatively, and solve problems effectively
  • Strong interest and knowledge of technology and digital commerce
  • Some experience managing people
  • Experience in new business pitches and competitive analysis
  • Team-oriented attitude
  • Ambition, drive, and motivation
