PR Manager - Technical Lifestyle Products (m/f/d)

Areas of Responsibility:

• Develop and manage the global PR strategy for TLP, driving brand growth and visibility across international markets, with a strong focus on product PR and launches amplification
• Lead international PR efforts by overseeing local offices and partner PR agencies, establishing efficient processes and regularly reviewing approaches to ensure consistency and excellence
• Identify and cultivate opportunities across the global media landscape, as well as partnerships with key opinion leaders and influencers, in collaboration with the VIP/Influencer team.
• Manage top-tier media relations, including press outreach, interviews, and high-impact pitching to generate earned media placements and enhance brand presence
• Develop and oversee global PR toolkits and guidelines, supporting local adaptations and implementation in alignment with market-specific needs
• Plan and execute high-profile PR events collaborating with VIP/Influencers and Events teams, ensuring maximum exposure and press coverage
• Track and analyze PR performance at local and global levels, ensuring objectives and KPIs are met. Deliver post-activation reporting and comprehensive ° benchmark analysis in conjunction with VIP/Influencers and Social Media teams
• Manage the global PR budget for TLP, ensuring cost-effective allocation and strategic use of resourcee
• Work closely with internal stakeholders—including Marketing, Technical, Content, E-Commerce, Digital, Social Media, and Top Management—to align on business goals and communication strategies for the business unit

Profile of Qualification:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree, preferably in Communications, Public Relations, or Brand Management
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar international PR role, ideally within the luxury and fashion sectors
• Exceptional command of English, with strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Deep understanding of the global media landscape, including strong relationships with media, key opinion leaders, and influencers
• Proficiency in industry-standard PR tools (e.g., DMR, Lefty)
• Strategic thinker with a hands-on, solutions-oriented mindset
• Creative, innovative, and proactive team player with a collaborative approach
• High level of organizational and analytical skills
• Strong cultural awareness and sensitivity, with a global mindset
