Four Seasons Hotel Milano is seeking a PR Manager to join our luxury property team. This role focuses on strategic leadership in marketing communications, public relations, owned media, collaborative marketing, content creation, and community relations to elevate the hotel’s presence and reputation.
Overview
Location: Milan, Italy. The PR Manager will develop and execute an integrated, strategic annual marcomms plan aligned with the hotel’s business objectives and lead proactive programs that generate newsworthy opportunities to enhance visibility.
What You Will Do
- Strategic Leadership: Execute and assist in developing an integrated, strategic annual marcomms plan aligned with the hotel’s business objectives.
- Lead proactive and creative programs that identify and leverage unique opportunities to elevate the hotel’s presence and reputation.
- Public Relations & Media Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with local, regional, and international media and influencers to generate coverage; pitch stories, organize media visits, coordinate interviews, and host familiarization trips.
- Ensure timely posting of press releases and story starters on the Four Seasons Press Room; advise on reputation management and crisis communications.
- Owned Media: Contribute to content reflecting the brand’s DNA; manage property social channels to increase engagement and oversee the hotel’s website content (SEO alignment).
- Collaborative Marketing: Partner with F&B and Spa teams on promotional campaigns; coordinate with third-party agencies and manage content for partner platforms.
- Content Creation & Image Management: Maintain image library and oversee photos/videos to align with brand standards.
- Community & Corporate Relations: Lead CSR initiatives and internal communications; liaise with corporate communications on group-wide initiatives.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in public relations, social media, or marketing communications, preferably in luxury or hospitality.
- Strong media relations experience with established connections and measurable results.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with ability to craft compelling narratives.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics, including photography and visual storytelling.
- Proficiency with social media platforms and analytics tools; ability to monitor and optimize performance.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work under pressure.
- Experience with SEO, PPC, and digital marketing strategies is highly preferred.
- Collaborative with diverse teams and capable of managing third-party agencies/vendors.
- Reading, writing, and spoken proficiency in English and Italian.

Schedule & Hours
Full-time role with office hours; may include hosting media events as required. Successful candidates must possess legal work authorization in Europe.
