About the role

As our PR & Communications Coordinator, you will support the coordination and implementation of the press relations strategy for the Village to ensure optimal positioning in local and international media, as well as delivering the right message to consumers, press, tourism professionals, and internally.

Reporting to the Senior PR & Communications Manager, you will support the Village's positioning in the local and foreign media, focusing on communicating the right image and message to the consumer market, influential press, tourism professionals, internal staff, and Brand partners. The goal is to drive footfall, revenue, and enhance the luxury shopping destination image.

The role is hybrid, full-time, and permanent.

Key responsibilities

The key responsibilities include:

Design and implementation of the PR Plan

  • Support the design of a PR strategy to enhance the credibility of the Village among fashion institutions, opinion leaders, media, and corporate partners.
  • Define a PR plan aligned with the Village's strategic goals for footfall and sales, especially targeting HNWI.
  • Coordinate local, national, and international PR strategies, focusing on regional and national levels.
  • Analyze market data on sales, PR impact, trends, and consumer behavior.
  • Develop internal communication strategies to share the Village's PR positioning across all departments.


Press and PR
  • Manage external PR agencies on all issues, including event planning.
  • Work with press agencies to secure quality media coverage, both online and offline.
  • Support press tool production, including press releases and copywriting.
  • Coordinate PR activities such as press trips and events.
  • Oversee press and VIP events, including logistics and management.
  • Manage artwork for press documents per group guidelines.
  • Organize international press trips.
  • Build relationships with journalists and editors across various sectors.
  • Maintain and update media lists and influencer databases.
  • Analyze media coverage for ROI and effectiveness.
  • Coordinate trade and travel press activities, including itineraries and gifts.


Influencer marketing and social media
  • Develop a KOL strategy aligned with central PR and local marketing.
  • Maintain relationships with KOLs and ambassadors.
  • Coordinate KOL visits and content approvals.
  • Support social media planning for platforms like WeChat, Mini Program, and Little Red Book.
  • Manage weekly communications and analyze social media metrics.


About You

Candidates should possess:
  • A degree in Marketing or Communications.
  • An interest in culture, art, design, fashion, and trends.
  • Understanding of digital marketing and trends.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in English and the local Village language; additional European languages are a plus.
  • Computer literacy, especially in Microsoft Office; Salesforce and Oracle knowledge are beneficial.
