A leading company in the rail industry is seeking a financial analyst to perform financial analyses, reporting, and collaboration with various stakeholders. The ideal candidate should possess a degree in economics or finance, be fluent in English, and have strong analytical skills. Bachelor's or Master's degree in economics or finance
Job Responsibilities
- Carrying out financial analysis related to contractual liabilities, corporate guarantees, financial statements, and business plans. The candidate will liaise with internal stakeholders (e.g., project manager, project controller) and external stakeholders (lenders, financial & legal advisors).
- Reporting
- PPP / Project Finance investment and liabilities reporting in cooperation with business and CFO functions.
- Collaborating with other CFO, Legal, and Business functions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in economics or finance.
- Fluent in English, preferably with certification (IELTS, TOEFL, TOEIC, CAMBRIDGE). Additional languages are a plus.
- Understanding of contractual documentation (corporate law, commercial law) and financial documents (financial agreements, covenants, waivers).
- Ability to perform ad hoc financial analyses (e.g., corporate valuation, project finance structuring).
- Basic skills in financial modeling.
- Problem-solving mindset, proactive, able to summarize and present complex topics to executives.
- Strong work ethic.
- Experience in project teams, finance, accounting, or treasury is a plus.
- Team player attitude in multicultural environments.
- Openness to feedback and adaptability.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
