Job Description

We are looking for aPowertrain Reuse Engineer (Reman) to join our team and support an important customer.

Our customer is asking for us a support in Circular Economy related to the REMANufacturing (disassemble, clean, repair, reuse and recycle) of thermal engines, gears and other mechanical automotive parts.

The activity includes:

• new reman developments:
  • Analysis of 30 cores per project to define the process: visual + 3D measurements
  • Definition of reuse criteria of each component
  • Reman process definition
  • Selection of worst case components and representative process components to build up prototypes for validation. Prototype assembly follow-up
  • Analysis (visual + 3D measurement) of all engines or transmissions components before / after test
• support to process analysis for product approval, validation plan for process modification /optimization
• support to quality customers parts return analysis
  • core criteria optimization for all commodities

Qualifications

• JUNIOR: 1-2 years of experience in development / industrialization / Validation of Thermal Automotive Engines; Reman experience will be preferred
• University Degree in Engineering (preferred) or equivalent experience. Preferred specializations are: mechanical, electronics, aeronautical
• English minimum level: B1
• Knowledge of MS-Office
• Flexibility, Ability to work under pressure, initiative, capacity of teamwork, social and intercultural competency
• High level of interpersonal skills to work effectively with others and motivate team members
